The 'BIG' Animal Party!!

I loved that you went off and had some fun with the camera and took some groovy pictures for me to look at. Maybe you could borrow the camera and take some pictures of your parties, or chearleading/majorettes etc., or just normal stuff around your house or Tamarind, or Nans place - what does Marmite look like ????? Wow doesn't Tiger look healthy and strong.

Happy birthday 'Tashy' the fluffly, did you eat lots of cake to celebrate :o} I remember when we went to Orana Park and found her/him. I liked that Zoo, and the otters were great aye - they've got some tigers now - I may have to go and have a look again soon - I'll take loads of pictures for you guys if I do

It's been really hot around Christchurch again today, about 29 degrees Celcius, I've been melting like an ice cream in the heat and now I'm just a puddle of goo on the floor ;-)

Best of luck for your 11+ exam on Tuesday, I'm sure you'll get through it OK, just don't panic and take each question steadily and concentrate on the ones you can do, and don't freak over the ones you can't, leave them to the end and do them then - Oh no, even Dad is giving me advice now :D

Boss Came Around

Today Autumn and Mark came around to organise their engagement party on the 17th February. They also brought Boss their black labrabor - he's 3 years old and lives on the farm with 2 other dogs - he's a real cutey, I'm sure Oma would melt if she saw him

We all gave him a big hug, and yes his breath did smell awful - he loves to munch on any dead sheep that may be in the fields - ooh yuk

Alexia and her mum have both been working in the garden over the last 2 weeks - trying to save whats left of some of the plants and landscaping too - it should look lovely soon

I spent the weekend helping Autumn and Mark with their invitations - over 100 people are coming to a BBQ in their garden, wow!

Tashy and Boss

Boss was very interested in Tashy - but was very well behaved - he sat and looked for a while but as soon as he stepped into the house Tash grew twice the size - just look at the size of her tail, it's like a loo brush :o)

Happy Feet the Movie

Where did you go on New Years Eve, did you have a good time, or did you go to sleep? - I phoned into Jacqui and Rob's at just after midnight, but you guys weren't there!! Not to worry tho', Happy New Year and hope all your plans go the way you want them too. You have also become mighty shy/quiet on the blog - stick on a comment when you get the time, any little message is appreciated, just so I know you are still looking :o)

I've put a movie trailer onto the blog [click on the > arrow to start] - I was blown away by a 'making of' Little Feet documentary and all the songs, dancing and humour - it looks like a great fun movie to watch - it was made by an Australian production company and is dedicated in memeory of Steve Irwin (crocodile hunter) who was killed this year.
