Wow, at last I can see what Marmite looks like (that's her - or him - up in the photo aye?!?) wot a lovely kitty, does she play with you and try to sleep on your bed? Bet she likes to try and eat your fish or chicken when you are having tea at nan's place aye. Well done photographer Jess, keep up the great photography, I love getting the photo's you've made :o)
Things are finally starting to settle down here in NZ. I've finished the 3 Uni reports at last - I've been trying to chill out over this weekend, slowly unwinding. I went to an excellent exhibition at the Canterbury Museum today, all about insects, it was great!! I saw loads of butterflies, stick insects, beatles etc. there were some really colourful bugs - yes I forgot my camera as usual.
The engagement party was great. I met some of Alexia's family from the North Island, lots of chatting til at least midnight. Autumn and her friends stayed up til dawn!!! We took some of the family to the Arts Centre the next day which was cool - we watched a Maori dance group, and went around the Galleries looking at artwork and stuff, all good fun - yes I forgot my camera again - I'll borrow some of Autumn's digital photo's and send you some when I get them (soon).
Lot's of love, Dad & Alexia xxx
