DubSpace - Sea Pound Dub

Hiya J&D

Hope you are well and enjoying the end of spring.

I thought I'd send you some music that I made, it's a remix of Car Pound Drifter that I recorded last month.

The video is of a sunrise we had one morning at a campsite on the Kaikoura coast. We parked our van right up against the beach. Guess who our neighbours were - 3 stinky seals that coughed all night :o) They were rather cute tho' - Alexia was dead scared to go out of the van for a pee ;O) It was a really magical day and night, there was a full moon, the temperature was 16 degrees (at night) and the morning sunrise was phenomenal, a pure class day!

Alexia and I collected paua shells (like big blue ormers) for her art stuff for the rest of the day.

I'd like to ring you on Sunday if that's OK - I'll text Jess before I phone in :o)

Lazy Seals

Hope you have been enjoying your bank holiday - I've just seen Opa's photos of you guys at the new mini golf, that looked like fun. How were your scores, you didn't cheat did you !?! ;O)

Alexia and I went up the coast to Kaikoura and spent some time chilling out along the coast in the back of the van. There were loads of seals, we'll send some you-tube videos soon, check the picture of a particularly lazy seal. We spent the last day up at the hot springs in Hanmer. The weather has been fantastic - 16 degrees at night - exceptionally warm autumn here, hottest on record, although it froze this morning in Christchurch.
